Corporate Development Specialist

The key objective of this role is to provide strategic support and leadership in the development and execution of organisational goals, plans and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute departmental workplans that align with organisational goals.
  • Facilitate planning and execution of annual management retreats and team building events.
  • Implement hospital initiatives and events designed to promote organisational development and learning.
Corporate Governance:
  • Develop and maintain policies ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards.
  • Prepare and manage governance documentation (e.g. Governance Evaluation Checklist).
  • Support annual Enterprise Risk Management exercise to identify and mitigate potential risk.
Performance Management:
  • Manage organisation performance dashboard and track progress against strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure regular reporting on progress and facilitate necessary adjustments.
Administrative Support:
  • Provide comprehensive secretariat support for senior management meetings.
  • Assist in preparation of materials and reports for quarterly Board meetings.
  • Organise engagement activities and manage follow-up actions.
Requirements:
  • Recognised degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least one to two years of experience.
  • Exposure to charity or healthcare sector is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
