Job Title: Finance Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Executive to join our team at ST Recruitment Centre. As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our business, including generating invoices, preparing financial reports, and coordinating with customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Administration: Generate invoices for lease sales, ad-hoc invoices for key billing, and prepare documents for termination of system, including credit notes and invoices for dismantling charges.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly aged account receivable reports and delinquent debts reports for management reporting, and send statements of account to customers on a timely basis.
  • Customer Service: Assist in coordinating and resolving internal and external disputes involving account receivables, including confirmation of security deposits and invoice requests.
  • Banking and Finance: Arrange for GIRO applications to be sent to banks for approval and follow through on updates in the accounting system.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Finance, or Accountancy with at least internship or 1-2 years of working experience or accounting background.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and accounting systems.
  • Available to commence work immediately or within short notice.
