We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Structured Finance Associate to join our team at Target Partners Executive Search.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate projects and financing opportunities to determine their suitability for financing.
- Develop and review financial models to assess cash flow sensitivities.
- Prepare credit applications to seek approval for proposed financing commitments.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and research to support risk analysis and determine the acceptability of proposed risk mitigation.
- Develop pitch books and other marketing materials to showcase our expertise.
- 1-2 years of experience in project or structured finance is preferred.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organized, motivated, and strong prioritization capabilities.
- Self-starter and effective team player.
