They are looking to add an Associate / Analyst to the execution pool.  You will be supporting the senior originators in the following, amongst others:

  • Evaluation of projects and financing opportunities to determine suitability for financing
  • Building or review of financial models and performance of cash flow sensitivities
  • Preparation of credit applications to seek approval for proposed financing commitments
  • Detailed due diligence and research to support the risk analysis and determine acceptability of proposed risk mitigation
  • Preparation of pitch books and other marketing materials

The Requirements

  • Between 1 to 2 years of project / structured finance experience is preferred
  • Strong financial modelling capability
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organized, motivated and strong prioritization capabilities
  • Self-starter and effective team player
