Sales Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Sales Solutions Engineer to lead business development in the Valves product line across various industries.

  • Key responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, delivering solutions, managing sales cycles, preparing proposals, collaborating with client service executives, maintaining accurate records, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in engineering is required, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in technical/engineering sales, preferably in Refineries, Petrochemical, or Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Proven sales track record and excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Able to plan, organize, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with own vehicle required.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary and variable bonus + commission structure.
  • An allowance of $900 (transport: $500 fixed + mileage claim cap $400) + mobile reimbursement up to $75/month.
