Job Title

A senior position in enterprise security management is available. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of robust security controls and frameworks across various sites.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT security, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of security principles, frameworks, and best practices.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide expert guidance on cloud security principles and practices, container and Kubernetes security concepts, and serverless security considerations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to develop and maintain security awareness programs and conduct training sessions to promote a culture of security within the organization.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging security threats and technologies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT security or audit, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in security governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security policies and procedures.
  • Experience with cloud security platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and containerization tools like Docker.
  • Familiarity with relevant security standards and regulations, including ISO 27001.
