Job Title: Customer Journey Developer - Dynamics 365 Sales & Service
DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to support the sales team by configuring standard trial environments, mapping customer journeys, and producing demo content for Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service.
Fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, or Information Systems are ideal candidates for this role. It offers hands-on CRM exposure and the chance to learn solution selling in a collaborative client-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and configure Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service trials with appropriate sample data and roles.
- Design clear persona-based customer-journey storyboards to support sales narratives.
- Create concise demo videos and supporting sales materials.
- Assist in preparing for client meetings and workshops; document notes and next steps.
- Organize and maintain demo assets and documentation for reuse across pursuits.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Systems; polytechnic diploma with CRM internship experience considered.
- Strong client-facing communication skills; able to explain concepts clearly and confidently.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable with strong time management; comfortable working in diverse, cross-cultural environments; motivated to learn.
