Research Scientist Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist to join our multidisciplinary team focused on advancing biomaterial-based strategies for tissue repair and regeneration.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and performing in vitro biological assays to evaluate the regenerative potential of bioengineered scaffolds. This includes working with primary and immortalized human cell lines, performing high-content imaging, gene and protein expression analysis, and contributing to tissue characterization using histological, immunofluorescent, and molecular approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

This position requires a strong background in cellular and molecular biology, regenerative medicine, and biological assay development. The successful candidate will have prior experience with stem cells, epithelial biology, or wound healing models, as well as strong familiarity with cellular imaging, quantitative analysis, and assay optimization.

Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience with stem cells, epithelial biology, or wound healing models
  • Strong familiarity with cellular imaging, quantitative analysis, and assay optimization
  • Self-driven team player with excellent organizational skills and a strong track record of scientific publications
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute biological experiments independently

The ideal candidate will have a solid record of scientific publications, with at least one first-author paper in a peer-reviewed journal. Experience collaborating with materials scientists and clinicians to integrate biological insights into translational workflows is also desirable.
