Job Title: Research Fellow

Our organization is seeking a skilled Research Fellow to join our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the fabrication and optimization of bioresorbable polymer-based medical devices using advanced micro- and macro-fabrication techniques.
  • Develop and validate processing workflows, performing material characterization and collaborating with clinicians and scientists to support preclinical evaluation and regulatory translation.
  • Contribute to data analysis, manuscript preparation, and dissemination of findings at conferences and symposia.

The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic environment that integrates scientific discovery with patient-centric solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in Materials Science, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in polymer processing, microfabrication, and surface engineering.
  • Strong publication record and experience working in multidisciplinary teams are essential.
  • Familiarity with translational research environments, medical device standards, or regulated manufacturing workflows is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience with medical-grade polymers, surface microstructuring, and tooling design is highly desirable.
