As a Senior Private Banking Solutions Specialist at HCL Singapore PTE. LTD., you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions to our esteemed clients. About the Role
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a highly skilled individual to collaborate with business users, IT personnel, and other stakeholders to analyze and deliver functional requirements within the SDLC methodology framework.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with the project manager, internal IT departments, and vendors to design optimal solutions that meet cost, schedule, and quality standards while adhering to the bank's guidelines and policies.
- This role involves planning, tracking, and delivering functional activities and deliverables of the project implementation, including requirements, specifications, test design, and execution.
- You will also be responsible for establishing agile and representative test cases that reflect business use cases of the target system, facilitating high-level technical design/implementation discussions, and contributing from a business perspective.
- Furthermore, this position involves participating in business analysis phases, providing support to project teams to ensure tactical solutions are lean and replaceable with strategic architectures, preparing and delivering selective analysis presentations, and facilitating quality peer reviews of requirement artifacts.
- You will create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to solution designers and developers and/or the project team.
- Additionally, you will understand the testing effort by analyzing project requirements, creating, maintaining, and executing test plans, test cases, and requirement traceability matrices against software platform requirements.
- Lastly, you will work with users, project managers, development, and business analyst teams to ensure efficiency of system integration test cycles and propose improvements required if defects are found.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science, and 7-9 years of T24 experience with a proven track record in business analysis, consultancy, and project management. Additionally, you should be familiar with Private Banking products, financial instruments, and Temenos T24, including previous implementations of Securities, Corporate Actions, Treasury, and Derivatives products. Strong personal aptitudes, reliable, flexible, adaptable, and ability to propose 'out-of-the-box' solutions to stakeholders are essential. Demonstrated initiative and commitment to ongoing process improvement, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt to changing priorities are also necessary.
