Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Oversight: Oversee the delivery of Programme Services and Afterlife Care to our elderly beneficaries, ensuring high-quality support and care.
  • Case Management: Conduct thorough assessments, create and maintain accurate case files, and coordinate care services to ensure adequate support to our beneficaries.
  • Community Outreach: Develop and implement community outreach programs, new projects, and partnerships to expand our eldercare services.
  • Programme Development: Design and implement new programmes and services to meet the evolving needs of our elderly beneficaries.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Prepare regular reports on programme progress, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Social Work or related disciplines.
  • Experience: Prior experience in Social Service settings is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and case management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Language: Bilingual in English and Mandarin; ability to speak dialects an advantage.
