Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.

Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain a talent pool and coordinate with hiring managers on hiring requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, promoting a positive work environment.
- Coordinate employee training programs, professional development initiatives, and performance improvement plans.

Requirements- Diploma or higher in Human Resources or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and evaluate candidates for various roles.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
