Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's legal and compliance strategies, providing training to ensure alignment with business goals, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Create policies and procedures aimed at minimizing non-compliance, reducing risk, and driving continuous improvement.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on matters related to compliance, contract interpretation, dispute resolution, and operational issues.
- Oversee internal investigations into potential compliance breaches, legal conflicts, or unethical conduct.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Laws (LLB)
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in practicing law, both in Singapore and in-house
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial position
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance principles and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in identifying and evaluating legal and compliance risks.
