Lead Quality Assurance Professional

The Senior Quality Assurance Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. This expert will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies, conduct thorough internal and external audits, and provide training and awareness programs for employees on quality control procedures and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance plans that outline processes and procedures for ensuring quality throughout the product lifecycle, aligning with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of quality control procedures, identify areas for improvement, and drive corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the root cause of quality issues, develop effective solutions, and monitor their implementation, ensuring sustained quality improvements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure their products and services meet required quality standards, leveraging industry expertise to optimize supply chain management.
  • Design and deliver training and awareness programs for employees on quality control procedures and best practices, promoting a culture of quality excellence within the organization.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and reduce costs, driving business growth through process optimization and efficiency gains.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading QA activities, with a proven track record of driving quality excellence and process improvement.
