Job Title: Senior Software Quality Assurance Lead
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a centralized testing function, standardizing and optimizing testing processes across the organization.
This role will play a key part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software, reducing defects, and enhancing system resiliency. The Senior Software Quality Assurance Lead will work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective software testing.
The position requires strong leadership and technical skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale organizations and be fluent in Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts
- Define and communicate testing standards and best practices
- Lead and manage the testing team
- Provide training and mentoring
- Optimize resource allocation
- Oversee testing execution and monitor key metrics
- Ensure timely defect reporting and resolution
- Provide actionable reports to stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8-10 years in software testing or QA
- 3-5 years in a Head of Test CoE role
- Experience in large-scale organizations
- Fluency in Mandarin
