Salary
We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated at £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a base salary range of £22,500 - £30,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus of up to 15% of the base salary. Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to join our Global Creative Play Lab team as a Play Innovation Designer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new concepts and play experiences for children, using illustrations, design, and storytelling. They will also be expected to design studio maintenance and build LEGO models. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing quick physical prototypes, 3D models, and 3D prints
  • Designing and developing new play experiences, including building LEGO models
  • Maintaining the design studio and ensuring it remains safe and functional

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum Diploma in Industrial / Interior / Graphic / Animation / Entertainment Design or any other design-related education. You should have good design sketching skills, enjoy proto-typing with arts & crafts materials, and confident presentation skills. Additionally, you should be skilled with ADOBE Creative Suite software such as Photoshop / Illustrator / Premier and able to use 3D CAD software such as RHINO / MAYA. We are looking for a fast and curious learner who is a self-starter.
