Water Treatment Expert

We are seeking a skilled Water Treatment Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-purity water treatment systems.

About the Role

  • Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot high-purity water treatment systems (e.g., RO, ultrafiltration, vapor compression stills, carbon filters, distribution networks).
  • Conduct FAT/SAT, on-site system diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
  • Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of pumps, valves, PLCs, and instrumentation.
  • Serve as an on-site operator or technical advisor when required.
  • Provide on-site training for clients and document service activities through detailed reports.
  • Develop and manage aftermarket sales for spare parts, service renewals, and system upgrades.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, create quotes, and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Maintain customer records and service data using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and operational continuity.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 2+ years of hands-on service experience in water treatment, industrial systems, or related fields.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Ability to read P&IDs, CAD drawings, and electrical schematics.
  • Willing and able to travel regionally/internationally.
