Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our regional team based in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on support with water treatment programs, testing, monitoring, and ensuring equipment and chemical solutions perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide field service support for water treatment
  • Conduct testing and on-site water management services at customers' plants
  • Check chemical dosing and monitoring equipment and carry out repair when necessary
  • Carry out disinfection of cooling towers
  • Conduct site survey and obtain samples for laboratory analysis
  • Maintain housekeeping at allocated areas within customer premises
Requirements:
  • NITEC qualifications
  • 1–2 years' experience in cooling/boiler water treatment field service (fresh graduates also considered; training provided)
  • Strong understanding of plant equipment and chemical treatment programs
  • Customer-oriented with ability to support
