Industrial Water Treatment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Singapore. This role involves providing field service support for water treatment, testing and monitoring equipment, and ensuring chemical solutions perform optimally.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide field service support for water treatment programs.
- Conduct testing and on-site water management services at customers' plants.
- Check and repair chemical dosing and monitoring equipment as needed.
- Carry out disinfection of cooling towers and conduct site surveys.
- Maintain housekeeping standards at allocated areas within customer premises.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
- A Higher NITEC qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in cooling/boiler water treatment field service (fresh graduates also considered).
- A strong understanding of plant equipment and chemical treatment programs.
- Excellent customer-oriented skills with the ability to provide effective support.
