We are looking for a seasoned executive search professional to fill a senior leadership position. This exciting opportunity is for an experienced candidate with a proven track record in executive search, talent acquisition, and business development.

  • PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

To provide high-level recruitment solutions for senior executive roles across various industries, including functional heads, market specialists, and general management positions. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating new business and cultivating existing client relationships, driving revenue growth through the delivery of individual recruitment fees.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibility is to drive business development and corporate client acquisition within the organization.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Leverage your network across functions to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities;
  • Develop a strong network of local business contacts among C-level professionals;
  • Identify and optimize new business opportunities, win new clients and tenders;
  • Offer advisory services and tailored-made solutions to clients;
  • Manage executive search projects from interview to offer management, ensuring seamless integration of candidates into new organizations;
  • Represent the organization at conferences and networking events;
  • Drive global business initiatives and participate actively in regular meetings with experts;
  • Understand leadership and organizational issues faced by C-level professionals and build trusted advisor relationships with these leaders;
  • Deliver exceptional levels of value and service for clients, driving employee engagement and loyalty;
  • Support the organization's growth and development in line with the Group strategy;

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 12 years of business experience in executive search or a mix of business & recruitment experience;
  • A proactive networking approach, ability to be a business partner for local and global decision makers;
  • Expertise in their industry, function or specialist areas, with demonstrable sales,
