Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a member of our Executive Recruiting team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating leadership talent who will help drive business growth and success.

  • Develop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for executive searches across various suites of product areas.
  • Partner with Executive Recruiters and collaborate to provide domain and market insights and trends, and to advise stakeholders on talent for their business needs.
  • Source candidates internally and externally.
  • Build relationships with candidates.
  • Innovate to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of systems and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in executive search, management consulting, or in-house recruitment.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 6 years of experience in executive search, management consulting, or in-house recruitment.
  • Experience in firsthand candidate engagement and assessment.
  • Experience in creating search strategies, mapping markets, gleaning industry insights, and working on process and data quality.
  • Experience in owning and driving the search strategy with the ability to set goals and prioritize based on market insights.
  • Ability to work on search processes including candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation, and presentation.
