Job Title

A key role in our organization requires an individual to provide 24 x 7 support for a Data Center on a 12-hour rotating shift basis.

The successful candidate will maintain systems and controls to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, and deletion of information through resources and computer networks.

  • Support logs, categorize, prioritize, track, and route incidents reported by users or alarms raised by monitoring tools.
  • Interact directly with technical specialists to guide on authentication, authorization, and encryption solutions.
  • Investigate known and suspected information security events and develop related reports.
  • Conduct hardware and software security alerts as available.
  • Resolve issues through responding to IT threats and vulnerabilities.
Requirements

We require a minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics/IT or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in IT infrastructure operation is also necessary.

Desirable Skills
  • Customer and service-oriented positive working attitude.
  • Good knowledge of Beyond Trust, SEPM, RSA, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortigate, Safenet will be advantageous.
