High-Performance Trader Architect

This is a pioneering role in the crypto markets, where you will develop and maintain tooling and systems to support trading activities.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop tooling and systems to support trading activities, including pricing enhancements for derivatives, execution algorithms, and trading infrastructure.
- Promote strong collaboration within a cross-functional team, including design, product management, traders, quants, and trade operations.
- Solve technical problems of high scope and complexity.
- Contribute to innovative products within the industry, such as correlation exotics and missing data pricing.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python and preferably a low-level language; familiarity with a UI framework is a plus.
- Familiarity with distributed systems.
- Familiarity with derivative products or risk management frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to operations.
- Ability to move quickly and adapt to a fast-moving environment.
- Experience working in an agile, iterative software development process.
- Desire to work in an early-stage startup environment.
- Experience with exotic products.
- Experience with numerical methods and optimization.
- Experience with React.
