Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless operation of trading systems and provide optimal application-hosting system support to traders.
  • Promote innovations to enhance stock market connectivity, system stability, performance, and reliability.
  • Maintain and optimize network infrastructure, encompassing orchestration and automation tasks.
  • Manage infrastructure, develop contingency plans, and offer multi-tier support to internal teams.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to proactively optimize system efficiency.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in IT support, optimization, and deployments.
  • Expertise in low-latency networks, Cisco/Arista technologies, Unix/Linux, and scripting (Bash, Python, Salt).
  • Familiarity with electronic trading systems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), and network certifications (CCNP) is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, multicast), TCP analysis, and security (VPN, IPSEC, SSL).
  • Proficiency in network monitoring tools (Zabbix, SNMP, Grafana), packet analysis (tcpdump, Wireshark), and producing high-quality network documentation.
