Job Title: AI Solutions Engineer

You will play a central role in scaling our AI-powered customer service solutions, focusing on large language models (LLMs) to analyze chat conversations, improve classification coverage, and boost bot adoption.

The role demands strong skills in backend development, data pipeline management, LLM prompt engineering, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain real-time data pipelines feeding AI models in the customer service domain
  • Design, implement, and optimize LLM prompts for better chat conversation analysis
  • Collaborate with operations to stabilize LLM solutions on cloud or on-prem environments
  • Conduct A/B testing and iterate to improve LLM accuracy and performance
  • Develop backend services and automation scripts using Java and/or Python
  • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure data security and privacy
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and communicate constraints
  • Document workflows, prompt templates, and best practices clearly
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience with Java for data processing and pipeline development
  • Skilled in SQL/NoSQL, ETL pipelines, and workflow orchestration tools like Airflow
  • Proficient in Java or Python, Hive, and Spark SQL
  • Experience with cloud platforms is a plus
  • Background in LLM or NLP projects highly desirable
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, fluent in English
