About the Role:

This senior AI engineer position focuses on developing cutting-edge, AI-driven solutions for 6G telecommunications.

The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models, Agentic AI architectures, and open-source frameworks.

They will work closely with CTO leadership, AI solutions architects, data scientists, and RF engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions addressing real-world challenges in the upcoming 6G telecommunications domain.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and fast prototyping of AI-based 6G Digital twin and AI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain prototypes and MVPs using cloud platforms and on-prem infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with telecom subject matter experts to understand network architectures and translate business needs into AI solutions.
  • Design and implement data pipelines for telecom data, including structured and unstructured data.
  • Ensure best practices in model evaluation, validation, explainability, and monitoring.
  • Stay current with emerging research, open-source contributions, and industry trends in AI/ML, Generative AI, and Telecom AI applications.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in ML Engineering, with deep expertise in supervised and unsupervised ML.
  • A proven track record of successfully shipping AI solutions from concept to deployment.
  • Demonstrable experience developing GenAI applications, including Agent-based architectures.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, and knowledge of data engineering concepts and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with telecom network optimization, anomaly detection, or predictive analysis.
