Business Analyst (Wholesale eService Portal)">

As a Business Analyst for our Wholesale eService Portal, you will play a pivotal role in designing and configuring the Salesforce Partner Community Portal to meet client requirements.

Utilizing your exceptional client management skills, you will lead workshops with up to 20 stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and drive project objectives forward.

With a keen sense of UI/UX design, you will apply your expertise to create an intuitive and engaging user experience within the Salesforce Partner Community Portal.

Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure effective implementation and integration of the portal.

Proactive ownership and a commitment to achieving successful outcomes are essential qualities we seek in this role.

Our ideal candidate has proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce Partner Community Portal design and configuration.

Strong client management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills are must-haves for this position.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with relevant Salesforce certifications.

Industry knowledge of Telco Order Management processes and familiarity with CloudSense are advantageous but not necessary.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and configuring the Salesforce Partner Community Portal to meet client requirements
  • Leading workshops with up to 20 stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and drive project objectives
  • Applying expertise in UI/UX design to create an intuitive and engaging user experience
