Job Description:

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with management to optimize outlet operations and achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Maintaining impeccable standards across all aspects of the dining experience.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service consistently, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate order delivery, upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Developing thorough knowledge of the menu, enabling informed recommendations and promoting sales growth.
  • Actively promoting menu items through effective communication and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Communicating effectively with management and colleagues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A strong background in hospitality or tourism management is highly desirable. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Captain or Supervisor in F&B, demonstrating expertise and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, enabling effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • Attention to detail and teamwork skills, essential for maintaining high standards and achieving team goals.
