Job Title: Dining Experience Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the dining experience, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in the hospitality industry, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional service to all guests.
  • Oversee the seating process, maintaining a smooth flow of guests and timely table turnovers.
  • Monitor the dining area, responding promptly to guest needs and addressing concerns or special requests.
  • Display in-depth knowledge of menu offerings and effectively upsell to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient delivery of food and beverages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Manage service times, ensuring accurate and efficient order delivery.
  • Participate in opening and closing duties, including inventory checks, restocking, and setting up the dining area for service.
  • Support the management team in maintaining operational standards and achieving service goals.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is highly valued.
  • A positive attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
  • Self-motivated individuals who take ownership of their responsibilities will thrive in this role.
  • Experience with POS systems is an asset.
