Retail Brand Experience Manager

This position is a critical component of the overall brand experience.
We seek an individual with excellent customer service skills, strong work ethic, and ability to embody our brand's values. Prior experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, hardworking, responsible, and able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, replenishments, customer service, cashiering, sales reporting, visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and goods receiving or deliveries.
- Ensure exceptional in-store customer experience and satisfaction.
- Execute in-store activities, events, or campaigns to promote the brand.
- Support the team with assigned tasks and duties.
- Report to the Retail Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Honesty, accountability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to commit at least 3 days a week, including 1 day on the weekend.
- Strong understanding of the brand's aesthetics and values.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
