About This Role

We are seeking a Retail Brand Ambassador to be a key figure in our offline brand experience. As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for executing and overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the team with assigned ad-hoc duties.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing, inventory management, replenishments, customer service, cashiering, sales reporting, visual merchandising, store cleanliness, goods receiving or deliveries.
  • Ensure excellent in-store customer service and experience.
  • Execute in-store activities, events, or campaigns.
  • Support the team with assigned ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
  • Impeccable customer service skills.
  • Honest, hardworking, responsible, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Able to commit at least 3 days a week, including 1 day on the weekend.
  • Positive energy and approachability with a willingness to learn.
  • Great understanding of the brand aesthetics and values.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
