Overview
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Brand Ambassador (Retail) to represent our products and deliver a memorable customer experience. This role involves being the face of the brand, engaging with customers, promoting our products, and ensuring a welcoming retail environment.
Responsibilities
Represent the brand and provide excellent customer service at the retail outlet.
Engage customers by sharing product knowledge and brand story.
Drive sales through effective product recommendations and upselling.
Manage day-to-day store operations, including stock management and display arrangements.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions or events.
Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
Requirements
Prior experience in retail, customer service, or brand promotion preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing, approachable, and confident in engaging customers.
Passionate about premium lifestyle products (interest in tea or F&B is a plus).
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
