Job Description:

Chef/Cook - Indian & Bangladesh Cuisine

We are seeking an experienced Chef/Cook to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality traditional Indian and Bangladeshi dishes, with a focus on authentic flavors and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of food preparation techniques, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. To cook high-quality traditional Indian and Bangladeshi dishes, with a focus on authenticity and flavor.
  2. To maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  3. To work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  4. To continuously improve menu offerings, introducing new dishes and specials to keep the menu fresh and exciting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cooking Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine.
  • Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
