Job Title: Master Culinary Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Master Culinary Expert to lead our kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Cook and prepare diverse varieties of North, South Indian dishes, and Bangladeshi cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
  2. Manage the culinary team, including budgeting, food costing, forecasting, stock control, resource planning, staffing, inventory, and waste management.
  3. Develop and implement menu plans while maintaining quality and controlling costs in a high-volume food business.
  4. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, quality, operating efficiency, and cost control on an ongoing basis.
  5. Train and mentor junior staff, supporting their development and growth within the team.
  6. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen maintenance.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on cooking experience in Bangladeshi or Indian kitchens
  3. Preferably with experience in high-volume service operations and managing large teams
  4. Able to cook for at least 2000 to 2500 guests daily
  5. Highly skilled in cooking techniques and knowledgeable about both Indian cuisines and Bangladeshi food culture and techniques
  6. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if necessary
  7. Able to multitask and complete tasks responsibly in a fast-paced environment
  8. Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures
