SYNAPXE PTE. LTD., a leading technology company, is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Sr. Executive.

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Sr. Executive who will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring its performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS systems, data management, and technical support.

Responsibilities:
System Maintenance and Support:
• Manage the HRIS system, performing regular audits and data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to HR users, ensuring seamless system performance.
• Coordinate with the IT department for system updates, patches, and integrations, maintaining a high level of system reliability.

Data Management and Reporting:
• Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports for HR and management, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to design and implement new HRIS modules and features, enhancing system functionality and user experience.

System Enhancements and Implementations:
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements, staying up-to-date with HR technology trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the IT department to design and implement new HRIS modules and features, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Lead or support HRIS implementation projects, including system upgrades and integrations, ensuring timely completion and within budget.

User Training and Documentation:
• Develop and deliver training programs and materials for HRIS users, ensuring effective system use and adoption.
• Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and procedures, ensuring easy access to critical information.
• Provide ongoing support and training to ensure that HRIS users have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.

Process Improvement:
• Analyze current HR processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement process improvements, enhancing system functionality and user experience.
• Stay current with HR technology trends and best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Compliance and Security:
• Ensure HRIS compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements, maintaining a high level of data security and confidentiality.
• Develop and enforce HRIS policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of HRIS-related activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of related experience with HRIS systems and HR processes, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and handling large amounts of data, with experience in data visualization software and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
