Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grains Trader to join our team at Bayes Recruitment PTE. LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the commodity trading industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to provide tailored OTC derivatives solutions.
    • Understand clients' risk management needs and objectives to provide customized solutions.
  • Business Development
    • Develop new customer networks and actively search for new customers to sell derivatives structures to.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis and Risk Management
    • Stay up-to-date with regional grains supply and demand to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
    • Supply market information to clients and internal teams to ensure better decision-making.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Maintain consistent communication with clients about risk management and derivatives solutions.
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in OTC derivatives sales within the commodity trading industry.
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of commodity markets, derivatives products, and risk management strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
