Job Title: Grains Trader

At Bayes Recruitment PTE. LTD., we are seeking a skilled Grains Trader to join our team. As a Grains Trader, you will be responsible for creating long-lasting and profitable relationships with clients by providing price risk management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Understand clients' risk management needs and objectives to provide tailored OTC derivatives solutions.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients about risk management and where they can utilize derivatives.
  • Supply internal team and external clients with market information to ensure better decision making.
  • Work as part of a team to help deliver strategy and ideas to help with the growth of the business.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Keen to develop a career in the Agri or Food industry
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in OTC derivatives sales within the commodity trading industry
  • Strong knowledge of commodity markets, derivatives products, and risk management strategies
