Operations Excellence Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our team.
About the RoleThis is a senior-level position responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing staff, and addressing any operational issues that may arise.
Main Responsibilities:- Plan and manage off days for workers to ensure seamless coverage.
- Maintain a positive work environment by addressing welfare and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.
- Foster a cohesive team by promoting open communication and collaboration among team members.
- Train and on-board new staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Provide backup support to the team during periods of high demand or staff shortages.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks assigned by the manager as required.
In addition to these specific responsibilities, you will also be expected to manage the overall operation, ensuring smooth day-to-day arrangements and addressing any operational issues that may arise.
