Job Title: IT Team Lead Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT team lead to oversee the operations of our Desktop and Helpdesk Engineers. The successful candidate will work closely with the supervisor to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, focusing on staffing, scheduling, and performance management.

  • The role involves assisting the supervisor in overseeing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Serving as an on-site team lead to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Ensuring and monitoring team quality delivery by promoting a pleasant end-to-end customer experience and efficient off-site remote IT support processes.
  • Strategizing with the team to improve first-contact resolution rates.
  • Handling escalated customer inquiries and resolving operational issues in a timely manner, meeting SLA requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of team lead helpdesk experience, managing operations, and handling a team of 12 members.
  • Prior experience in a Tech Bar environment is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • The successful candidate must be cleared for CAT 2A.
