Lead Electrical Specialist Position

The company is seeking a skilled and experienced electrical specialist to lead our team of electricians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical panels and refrigeration systems. This position requires strong technical skills, experience in electrical panel wiring, and refrigeration systems, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and performing electrical panel and refrigeration system installation, repair, and maintenance tasks
  • Troubleshooting complex electrical and refrigeration faults and interpreting schematic diagrams to resolve issues
  • Commissioning and pre-commissioning electrical and refrigeration systems to ensure they meet safety and performance standards
  • Guiding junior electricians and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical panel wiring and refrigeration systems is preferred
  • A Class 3 license or equivalent certification is an advantage

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
