We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to lead our team of electricians in site preparation, project execution, and coordination with adjacent trades.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our organization and take on new challenges. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of electricians in site preparation, project execution, and coordination with adjacent trades.
  • Providing technical expertise for testing & commissioning and project handover.
  • Coordinating the procurement and delivery of materials and subcontractor services according to project plan.
  • Supervising ongoing works on-site to ensure they are on track according to project schedule.
  • Attending site surveys, coordination meetings with consultants, sub-contractors, and authorities.
  • Providing emergency response for fault tracing and troubleshooting at client sites.
Requirements
  • A strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude.
  • Excellent people management skills, especially with clients and workers.
  • Prior working experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge in 3 phase 4 wire electrical distribution system, electrical single line diagram, cable sizing, protection circuit, protection discrimination, and setting.
  • Good knowledge of relevant industry codes of practice and standards (especially SS638 / CP5) and site installation procedures.
