Foreign Service Administrator

Safeguarding and advancing the interests of Singapore and Singaporeans through effective diplomacy is at the heart of our operations. We are seeking a skilled Foreign Service Administrator to contribute to our success in administrative and operational roles.

About the Role
  • Job Description: Provide administrative, secretarial or IT support; handle information management; assist overseas Singaporeans in distress; provide administrative support in finance, procurement, travel, relocation or estate management; execute various functions such as recruitment, performance management and career development; organise programmes for VVIPs and manage diplomatic privileges and immunities; manage corporate communications and monitor news; implement and coordinate courses and liaise with training providers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administration: Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry, document management and record-keeping.
  • Consular: Assist overseas Singaporeans in need, providing emotional support and connecting them with relevant resources.
  • Corporate Services: Provide expert advice on financial, procurement, travel, relocation or estate management.
  • Human Resource: Manage the recruitment process, including shortlisting candidates and conducting interviews.
  • Protocol: Organise high-profile events, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination.
  • Strategic Communications: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote our brand.
  • Technical Cooperation: Collaborate with training providers to deliver high-quality courses and workshops.
