Job Title: Electrical and Mechanical Supervisor

The Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and supervision of all electrical and mechanical works on our projects. This includes liaising with E&M consultants, ensuring that all necessary M&E and building services are provided in collaboration with project staff, and monitoring progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with multiple parties including design consultants/engineers, clients' project representatives, statutory/authority agencies, etc., to establish design deliverables requirements for submission.
  • Reviewing design deliverables with design consultants/engineers to ensure they meet submission requirements.
  • Attending to technical clarifications as required to address technical issues and establish method statements.
  • Project management and site supervision works.
  • Coordinating with contractors and consultants for engineering issues and drawing plans.
  • Performing all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, and procedures.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in engineering, preferably with a degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or a qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control. They must also have at least three years' experience in construction supervision for building projects with basement structures.
