As an Air and Sea Freight Logistics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless logistics operations. This dynamic professional is responsible for managing customer inquiries and bookings across air and sea freight services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and shipments.
- Handle documentation, customs clearance coordination, and shipment tracking to maintain accurate records and minimize delays.
- Provide updates and resolve issues promptly for clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Prior experience in air or sea freight operations, cargo coordination, or logistics management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
