Job Title: Service Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to join our team in a Service Scheduling Coordinator role.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with the front desk receptionist to coordinate and schedule regular servicing appointments for the taxi fleet.
  • Liaise with drivers, workshop teams, and service advisors to ensure appointments are properly arranged.
  • Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and send timely reminders to ensure compliance with servicing intervals and regulatory inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and service history using internal systems or Excel.
  • Track upcoming due dates for vehicle servicing, road tax, and inspections, and proactively arrange bookings.
  • Manage appointment calendars and ensure efficient workshop capacity planning.
  • Follow up on no-shows or missed appointments and reschedule as required.
  • Handle inquiries from taxi partners and provide updates on appointment schedules.

Requirements include prior experience in automotive workshop coordination, fleet maintenance, or customer service; strong communication and interpersonal skills; good organizational and multitasking abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and scheduling systems; and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
