Executive Job in Compliance and Levy Collection

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to support levy collection and compliance processes.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • A collaborative approach is essential for this role, involving working with relevant agencies and engaging with company representatives.

About the Job Highlights

  • This job involves collaborating with relevant agencies on levy collection efforts and exchanging data/information.
  • You will investigate discrepancies in payment amounts claimed by companies and conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with company representatives to clarify payroll records.
  • Drafting and sending email responses to appeals is also an important aspect of this role.
  • You will prepare statistical reports on the number of appeals received and track outcomes.
  • In addition, you will handle and process refunds in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A Diploma or Degree in any discipline is required, along with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging employers and stakeholders effectively.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are also necessary.
  • Knowledge of compliance audit policies, relevant Acts, and Regulations is an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and experience in data analysis and interpreting system data are strong advantages.
