Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a Singaporean multinational technology and engineering group in the aerospace, smart city as well as defense and public security sector.

With their ever-growing expansion, they are looking to hire a Levy Audit Executive to join the team.

Would this be the next career for you?

  • Collaborate with relevant agencies on Levy collection effort and exchange of data/ information
  • Investigate discrepancy in payment amount claimed by companies
  • Face-to-face/virtual meetings with company representatives to clarify payroll records
  • Draft and send e-mail response to appeals
  • Statistics reporting on number of appeals received and track outcome of appeals
  • Handle and process refunds

If you are someone with the following, let's chat

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills to engage employers and other stakeholders
  • Effective team player with good communication, analytical and inter-personal skills
  • Driven, meticulous and able to multi-task and work independently
  • Knowledge related to compliance audit policies, relevant Act and Regulations are an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (such as Vlookup, pivot tables), prior experience in data analysis and sense making of data from systems is a strong advantage

Additional Information:

  • Working hours: Mondays – Fridays : 8.30am to 6pm
  • 2 years contract (Renewable)
