About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Executive to support levy collection and compliance processes. You will collaborate with relevant agencies, engage with company representatives, and ensure accurate processing of payments, appeals, and refunds. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with relevant agencies on levy collection efforts and exchange of data/information.
  • Investigate discrepancies in payment amounts claimed by companies.
  • Conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with company representatives to clarify payroll records.
  • Draft and send email responses to appeals.
  • Prepare statistical reports on the number of appeals received and track outcomes.
  • Handle and process refunds in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage employers and stakeholders effectively.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance audit policies, relevant Acts, and Regulations is an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables); experience in data analysis and interpreting system data is a strong advantage.
