Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Advocacy Expert. As a trusted partner, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve success with our products.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding clients and driving adoption of our solutions
  • Buidling strategic relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention and growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell
  • Driving renewals and reducing churn through effective account management

You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions to drive business outcomes.

As a Senior Customer Advocacy Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic client relationships
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client loyalty and retention
