Driving Business Transformation

We focus on all operational aspects of a transaction, pre and post completion, providing a comprehensive approach that spans the entire deal lifecycle.
About the Role- Manage projects, oversee deliverables, and ensure project economics are aligned with business objectives;
- Analyze target data and practices related to supply chain management to identify key issues and opportunities for improvement;
- Interact with target management to develop an understanding of the business and support analysis-driven conclusions;
- Identify deal issues and provide suggestions for solutions;
- Develop reports and key summary sections presenting risks and areas for improvement in supply chain and operations;
- Implement proposed solutions and manage project implementation;
- Buildeven stronger relationships with clients through project work and overall business development efforts;
- Continuously develop our service offering to match market requirements;
- Perform risk management procedures, including drafting engagement letters and budgeting projects;
- Contribute to team and firm development through coaching and training other team members;
- Cultivate business development activities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university or foreign institution, preferably with specialization in engineering, supply chain, or operations management;
- Minimum 5 years of experience combining managing roles in external consulting firms and industry experience in management roles of operational functions ranging from procurement, sales operations, manufacturing, supply chain management, strategic and performance programs;
- Quality assurance certification or industry-specific professional qualification (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, supply chain certification such as APICS) is a plus;
- Experience in post-merger integration and/or divestiture projects is a plus;
- Excellent analytical skills and experience in data analytics is a plus (i.e., leveraging large amounts of data to perform analysis and draw conclusions on areas for improvement);
- Strong business sense and commercial awareness, ideally with some level of financial accounting knowledge to link operational improvements to financial statements;
- Strong project management skills and stakeholder management skills;
- Innovative, confident, and mature with good ability to develop impactful PowerPoint slides;
- Bright, team player who can work effectively under pressure and independently;
- Willingness to travel.
